Support for Stephen, Monica, and Arthur

On Monday afternoon, a forest fire broke out in Tok, Alaska, directly in the path of Stephen and Monica’s home. After receiving evacuation orders, they had only moments to grab a few things and get out with their three-year-old son, Arthur, before the fire swept through their property. Their home was completely destroyed, along with the small cabin Stephen built by hand and all of their belongings. Arthur lost his toys and clothes, and the family is now facing the heartbreaking reality that nearly everything they had is gone.

Bobbie is starting this fundraiser for Bobbie’s brother Stephen, sister-in-law Monica, and nephew Arthur as they begin the long process of starting over. These funds will help them replace essential items, secure what they need in the immediate aftermath of the fire, and begin rebuilding their lives after this devastating loss. The most important thing is that they made it out safely, but they now need the support of others to recover. Anything helps, and every donation, share, and kind word means so much.
