Help Stephen get his life back

On the 3rd of May 2021 on his way to work Stephen Bowie, 47 years old had a very rare spinal stroke which resulted in paralysis. He was in hospital for over 3 months learning to walk, feed himself, pick things up etc.

Through hard work and determination he managed to walk again using walking sticks, he keeps pushing himself daily to improve. He still has a long way to go and he hopes to have the strength to keep fighting as unfortunately his spinal stroke is not the only thing he is fighting at the moment, depression and anxiety has appeared to have added to his problems.

They will be doing a sponsored parachute jump for Stephen to raise money for HBOT treatment (Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment), specialised physiotherapy treatment, private medical appointments and he also needs acupuncture.

We would love to raise £10,000 if we can £8500 for the treatment costs and then there’s the travelling money for Steve and Julie who is Steve’s devoted partner & carer
