Help Stephen and Rafi

On September 15th, 2020 our dear friend Stephen was admitted to the hospital with a bad case of pneumonia. Since then he has been sedated and intubated on a vent, unable to breathe on his own as his lung has collapsed and lesions were discovered on his lungs. He is fighting for his life every day and needs us to fight for him! 

Today, on October 5th, Stephen’s 54th birthday, we’re launching a campaign to support Stephen and Rafi. 

Stephen is the sole bread winner for him and his husband, Rafi, who is unable to work. Like so many other Americans, he lost his job (and health insurance) in April and put off getting  medical attention due to the cost associated. Stephen is now facing multiple surgeries and weeks to months of recovery in the hospital.  With the mounting costs of health care and expenses piling up and Stephen's condition touch and go, they need our help immediately! 



Stephen is an independent, hardworking man... in fact, he will likely HATE that we have started this fundraiser for him. However, he and Rafi need our help. Anything you can give is appreciated.
