Hi, my name is Stephanie and I was officially diagnosed with Breast Cancer on March 20, 2026. A month later, my Social Security Disability payments were suspended. I have done everything to try to get my payments reinstated, but it may take months. In the meantime, I am now behind on rent and I may lose my apartment. Next month, I am planning to have surgery and treatments for cancer. After the mastectomy, I will be bed-bound and unable to even work at all for up to a month, and therefore I will need income for rent and bills. The funds will be used to help cover these expenses.
