Help Stephanie Restore her Home

We are fundraising for Stephanie Charlton to restore her home after a fire broke out in her kitchen yesterday. Thanks to the Green Turtle Fire Department and many bystanders, they were able to put out the flames before it destroyed her entire home. But she is now in need of a new kitchen.

Stephanie’s home received extensive damage during Hurricane Dorian in September 2019. Because of this, she had to relocate to Nassau while her home was being repaired. 

Stephanie had just moved back to Green Turtle Cay this January to continue with repairs. However, a few weeks ago Stephanie, her daughter and her mother Val contracted Covid-19. While Stephanie and her family were quarantined, her mother sadly passed away. 

Stephanie is one of Green Turtle Cay's brightest sparks. She has the ability to light up any room with her laugh and sense of humour. But as you can imagine, having had so many emotional and financial setbacks, she needs our help.  

By donating as little or as much as you can, you will be helping Stephanie finish the repairs to her home following the recent fire, to make up for the loss of income during the weeks she was quarantined and to help to cover her mother’s funeral expenses.
