Help Stephanie Rebuild After Hurricanes

Please help , Stephanie, a single mom, who lost everything in Hurricane Helene, just 5 months after rebuilding her house after Hurricane Idalia tore through it. Over 5 ft of water actually entered the home and picked up and scattered all appliances and furniture, getting up high enough in the closets that all of her clothing was destroyed as well. The insurance deductible is $10,000, and unfortunately the personal property in the house is not insured for much so anything and everything to help her will be appreciated. She is currently staying in a hotel, however it is not one that FEMA acknowledges on the list and she has not been able to get in any of the approved hotels because they are full. As the insurance company took almost 4 months last year before she received any payment, this year might be worse and the contractors just don't want to do work unless she can pay up front.
