We are reaching out to you with an urgent plea for help. Our beloved Stephanie has been diagnosed with an adult atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD) — a serious congenital heart condition. This defect, which went undetected at birth, involves a sizable hole in her heart and requires immediate surgical intervention.

Stephanie's diagnosis came as a shock to all of us, but we are incredibly grateful that it was discovered in time. Without this life-saving surgery, the prognosis for this condition is dire.
