I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but also with hope. Stephanie, a wonderful mother, wife, and friend, is in the midst of a challenging battle against stage 4 colon cancer. At just 40, her diagnosis has been a shock to us all. She bravely underwent surgery and chemotherapy in June 2023, but by September, we received the heart-wrenching news that the cancer had spread to her liver, pelvis, chest, neck, back, and spine.

Stephanie is not just a statistic; she is a beacon of kindness and love. As a mother to Ryder (20), Gavin (16), Jordyn (6) and stepmom to Julian (19) and Tristan (11), she has always put her family first, nurturing them with boundless affection. Her husband, Ryan, who works tirelessly as a fixed operations director at a Ford dealership, stands as her pillar of strength.

In her journey, Stephanie has dedicated her life to helping others, and now, it’s our turn to help her. The family is exploring promising alternative cancer treatments, such as Verthermia, which offers a beacon of hope - the possibility of extending Stephanie's life by years. This would mean more time for her to be with her children, to watch them grow, and to continue being the loving wife and mother she's always been.

Unfortunately, these treatments come with a significant financial burden, as they are not covered by insurance. We are setting up this GoFundMe to support Stephanie and her family in affording these treatments and preparing for the future, however uncertain it may be.
