I am asking for help on behalf of my parents for my mom, Stephanie Buck. As some of you may know back in June of 2023 my mom had a stroke where thankfully she was able to get the clot busting medication to break apart the clot. We went to all of the specialist, ran all of the tests and we came to a dead end on finding a “why” . Over the past few years she has had several mini strokes and most recently, a few weeks ago, she had another stroke. Thankfully, once again she was able to get the clot busting medication to break apart the clot. One positive from that stroke was finally finding an answer as to why she has been suffering from all of these events, and hopefully a solution to stop any future ones. We have the first appointment scheduled with the neurosurgeon at the end of November. Unfortunately she does not have insurance and we have no idea how much her procedure is going to cost.

11/8/25- I have updated the goal to $4500, we found out the CT scan will cost $1694 and the MRI will cost $2294

Once we have a number for how much the procedure will cost I will update the goal and give an update again
