My name is Stephanie, and I am a single mother doing everything I can to stay strong for my children. I’m preparing for a major brain surgery called Microvascular Decompression (MVD). This surgery is necessary to relieve the severe symptoms I’ve been struggling with (facial weakness, hemi facial spasms, and neck/facial pain) this will truly be life-changing for me as a mother but also I will get to be a normal person again.

While I’m grateful there is a surgery that can help, the timing and financial impact are overwhelming. I will be unable to work during recovery, and my job only provides 60% of my normal paycheck while I’m out.

I don’t like asking for help, but I’m at a point where I truly need support.

Any amount — big or small — would help us tremendously during this difficult time, whether it goes toward bills, food, or easing the burden on my kids while I recover.
