My two dear friends, Stephanie and Dave along with their two daughters have experienced an unimaginable loss. The Eaton Fire in Altadena claimed their home, along with all of their belongings. These two extraordinary individuals have always been a source of kindness and generosity to everyone around them.

Stephanie works in hospitality and serves on the board of the LA Food Bank, tirelessly dedicating her time to feeding those in need. Dave is a talented educator and chef whose passion is bringing people together through food. Together, they’ve spent their lives caring for others, yet now, they find themselves without even a kitchen to care for themselves.

I met Stephanie decades ago when she was helping a nonprofit I was involved with and she has continued to support so many causes and people in need over the years with her kind and generous heart.

While no amount of money can replace what they’ve lost, I’m reaching out in the hope that we can help them take the first steps toward rebuilding their lives.
