Hi, I’m Marian, a long time friend of Steph and Ali. On Friday, December, 19, 2025, Ali lost her difficult battle against cancer and the world lost a treasured friend. Everyone who Ali encountered came away having met their favorite person. She had a joy for every animal she saw, an empathy that drove her to fight for others, and the sort of smile that radiated through her whole body.

Ali’s illness included a lengthy period in the hospital, and her passing has left Steph with significant medical debt that makes things even more difficult as she navigates her future. I am raising funds that will go directly to Steph to help with getting her to Wales to bring Ali home one last time, and to help ease her burdens in this difficult time.
