Help Steinway Staff - left jobless without notice

Hi everyone as you all know Steinway Billiards closed their doors on June 7th 2023. This was very sudden, as the ruling was announced Wednesday morning, so employers and employees were unaware that Wednesday would be the final day. Because of the sudden closure the entire staff was left without a notice. Everyone has been left without a job and struggling to pay bills. We knew Steinway was at the end of the road sometime soon but most of us thought that we would at least have the summer to look for jobs  We were left without a job in the slowest season for hospitality staff. We have staff members with new borns, staff with children , staff just now coming back from cancer treatment who have been out for months. Everyone depended on their jobs to pay their bills and rent etc. Everyone is trying to survive and it’s going to be a tough  road for all of us. We are trying to raise about $2,000 per staff member so they can be able to pay their most recent bills and get back on their feet.
