My husband left me and my children unexpectedly while I was in the process of getting approved for a hysterectomy. This surgery is necessary because I have been struggling with severe anemia, requiring iron infusions every six months just to keep going. Now, on top of facing a major medical procedure, I am dealing with the unprepared loss of a second income while supporting my children and myself financially. All of our bills were based on two incomes, not just mine alone.
I will be out of work for at least three weeks, possibly longer, and during that time I will have no income. The bills don’t stop—there’s the mortgage, car payment, insurance, groceries, utilities, cell phones, medicines, and the co-insurance for my surgery. It’s overwhelming to think about how I’ll manage all of this while trying to recover and support my kids.
I’m never one to ask for this kind of help, but I am in desperate need. Any amount you can donate would mean the world to me and my family, as well as your prayers. Your support will help cover medical costs, keep the lights on, and put food on the table while I heal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering helping us through this incredibly difficult time.
