Please Help This Young Devoted Daughter Care for Her Dad in His Final Chapter

Stefanie is a devoted daughter and single mother of two young teens. Her dad was on hospice care with very little time left. Stef has stepped into the role of full‑time caregiver, doing everything in her power to make sure her dad was surrounded with comfort, dignity, and love during his final days.
