Tragedy struck our family yesterday. Stefanie Sleigh was in a horrific car accident while on her way to work, when investigators say another vehicle crossed into her lane. She is in critical condition, and we are praying that she will come through this and make a full recovery. She is in for a long haul with multiple surgeries, a long hospital stay, and rehab.

It has been a hard few months for Tony and Stefanie. Tony has just had surgery himself on his leg and is immobile right now. Stefanie was taking care of him as well as her ailing mother, all while working. I can't imagine what Tony, their kids, and grandchildren are going through right now, and my prayers are with them. Stefanie is not just my cousin's wife; she is my friend. They met through me. Tony is not just my cousin; he is like a brother to me. It pains me to see them going through this.

I know we all feel helpless, but there is something we can do. With both of them unable to work, money is going to be tight, and the bills are going to pile up. They could use our help.
