Help Stef Jones and Ben Pratt rebuild their home

On behalf of Stef Jones and Ben Pratt, this GOFUNDME page has been organized to support their needs after a fire destroyed Stef’s mom’s home on July 26. For those who do not know, Stef’s mom lived in a detached mother-in-law suite at Stef and Ben’s house. Her mom, Bobbi, suffers from dementia and requires quite a bit of care. The fire destroyed her mom’s home, all her belongings, and the family’s storage shed. With the help of many dear friends, they have worked tirelessly to demo and clean up the area and are hoping to be able to start building back what was destroyed. While there will be some insurance coverage, the funds are unfortunately not nearly enough to rebuild Bobbi's home safely or to accommodate her needs. Funds raised will be used to rebuild another safe and accessible home for Stef’s mom in their backyard.

I am confident we can help raise funds for this rebuild, as nearly everyone Stef and Ben know has received some sort of help from them. They are generous and helpful beyond words. Truly stellar citizens of Gainesville who are the first to respond to any personal or community-based fundraiser or relief efforts. I hope we all can contribute to them now in their time of need.
