Help Steevenson and Katiana Honor Ruth's Memory

As of last Thursday, 3/13/25, God called Ruth Theodule home. As many of you know, she leaves behind two children: Steevenson Dorzilor and Katiana Theodule, and her niece and nephew, whom she took responsibility for when her sister passed, and two grandchildren: Mhiya & Legacy Dorzilor.

Steevenson aka Sonson had immersed himself in getting them all to America and fought hard with immigration for the past 3 years to get them here. Despite his best efforts, God had another plan. For those who do not know, Steevenson has not seen his mother since he left Haiti at a very young age, and due to the politics and state of Haiti, he had a lot of roadblocks that prevented him from going back. It’s hard enough to bury a parent, but not being able to be present is another level of pain that I wish on no one.

We are seeking assistance to help him give his mother a proper burial and help his sister Katiana, who is still in Haiti, pick up the pieces of continuing on without the guidance of her mother. As a community, my hope is that we are able to lighten the load and bring some peace to him as he navigates this unfortunate circumstance. Anything helps, and please know we are appreciative of your sympathies and donations. May Ruth rest in perfect peace, and to her children and loved ones, we pray they gain peace and clarity as they embark on their new chapter. Please keep her family in your prayers. Thank you all.
