Steele is Jennifer’s dog, but to me, he’s like my godson. I’ve been a part of his life since he was a puppy—taking him on hikes, to the beach, for walks, and even sleepovers. He brings so much joy every time I see him, and whenever I’m feeling down, Jennifer always lets me pick him up and spend time with him. Steele is now nine years old, and he truly is Jennifer’s baby.

Recently, while we were out walking, Steele got into some food he shouldn’t have eaten. Unfortunately, it became stuck in his intestines and hasn’t passed, even after 24 hours at the vet. The doctors were hoping it would move on its own, but now surgery is the only option to help him recover. It’s been a stressful and emotional time for all of us, especially seeing Steele in pain and Jennifer worried about her beloved companion.

All the funds raised will go directly to Steele’s vet and surgery bills. Jennifer doesn’t have all the funds right now, and we’re reaching out for help from anyone who can support us.
