HELP Steele back into better health

Hi, my name is Jay Cohen, a friend to Sylvia Dvorak and her 13 month old puppy STEELE.

Steele is a really fun, friendly and active dog.

Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with 4 different hereditary conditions- 3 of them are Heart Defects- They are: Patent Ductus Arteriosis, Aeortic & Pulmonic Stenosis, & Cryptochidism.

It is uncertain at this time, if the initial procedure will fix all the underlying issues, or if multiple procedures may be required.

In any case, Steele's Pet Insurance is not covering ANY of the costs.

Steele is one of my MIA's best friends, and we want to get him back to his normal routine with her and all his other friends.
