Help Me Start Fresh After Losing Everything in a Fire

Hi everyone,

On November 12th 2024, I lost everything I had in a devastating fire. My home is gone, along with all of my belongings. But the hardest part of it all is losing my two precious babies, Luna (7) and Loki (3), who were my entire heart and soul. The pain of losing them is something I can't even begin to put into words. Luna has been with me through the most critical milestones of my life. Loki was a little ball of energy that had more affection than I could ever offer to this world, and the perfect companion to Luna. They were best friends and had each other until the very end. The trauma I’m feeling right now makes all of this so much more difficult to bounce back from. My life was just beginning to start and it breaks my heart that I can’t take them with me.

As I try to process everything and figure out how to move forward, I’m reaching out for help. I’m having to start from scratch—finding a new place to live, replacing the essentials, and just trying to get back on my feet. Any donations I receive will go toward:

First and last month's rent for a new home

Basic necessities like clothing, toiletries, and replacing household items

Gently used furniture

Replacing the electronics I’ve lost that were closely tied to my hobbies, memories & work

New art supplies to continue my small business (@artsyalliyah)

Food & travel expenses

I never imagined I’d be in this position and asking for help is hard. As independent and driven as I am, I can’t deny that I truly need it right now.
