With YOUR support, Axiom Christian Classical will open its doors to families in August of 2021! In order to do so, we need your help to ensure we can pay for rent, supplies, and necessities to start off on the strongest foot possible. 

We believe in our mission to provide the best classical education possible. Your support will ensure we have a solid foundation to begin honoring our faculty with salaries as soon as possible.

100% of our Board of Trustees has made a commitment to Axiom Christian Classical, signaling our leadership is completely behind, and supportive of, our vision to provide a preeminent classical education in New Mexico. 

WHY? - Axiom Christian Classical is an affordable private K-12 school based on the classical education model. Classical education teaches through appropriate questioning, developing a critical mindset, and allowing children to grow into young men and women who are thoughtful leaders and life-long learners. Aristotle expressed that education was training a student to like and dislike what he ought. At Axiom Christian Classical, our aim is to cultivate virtue in each student so that they may rightly reflect the image of God. 

WHO? - After more than a decade of working together as colleagues, three people felt a calling and a passion for a higher level of excellence in classical education. With gifted expertise, wisdom and over 30+ combined years of experience in this specialized academic field, they fanned these gifts, as Paul advised Timothy, into the flame of Axiom School, Albuquerque's new Christian classical K-12.

WHAT? - Ideas. It’s all about ideas. It’s one thing to teach the mind what to think about ideas, but human beings are more - mind, body, and soul. They think, feel, love, and yearn. Classical education is about training and exercising that whole person to love what is lovely and be a scholar for life by finding and imitating the Ideal One - the Logos - in every aspect of life.

MEET OUR DEANS:

Celeste Green, Dean of Academics has a theory on, "Why you should choose Axiom for your family" - Whole people who know how to wholly think possess an unmatched freedom that can endure the joys, storms, pleasures and sorrows of life unto Christ’s glory.

Vincent Zunic, Dean of Activities grew up as a military brat experiencing numerous cultures and countries. The universal language that brought different people together was the drive of competition. Coach Vince will harness that drive to benefit Axiom students in their personal development, and the larger community. From Athletics to the Arts, competition partnered with the quest for exceptionalism, has the possibility of becoming a life-long passion for Axiom students.

Stacy Irvine, Dean of Students, on what makes student conduct different at Axiom: "We strive to guide students to love what is lovely. Through diligent study and purposeful use of time, students will learn how to thoughtfully consider another point of view and to discern the frequently unexplored conventions of popular culture."
