Help start and fund the Mental Health Helpline

The Mental Health Helpline is being set up to provide instant and meaningful support to individuals experiencing various mental health conditions.

Below is a video of me speaking in 2018, not long after my recovery, my problems lasted two years until I got the help. Looking at me, there is no weight to me and emotions were still very raw. I genuinely felt there was no way out of the symptoms holding my life back.


Initially, we will work to set up and administer a helpline that will include a support booking system.
 
We will work with a marketing company and experts to produce a series of vital resources for subjects like; counselling, suicidal feelings, loss and bereavement, anxiety, PTSD and depression, help supporting friends and dealing with a terminal illness.

Longterm, we will establish community support forums and support people with Mental Health Journalling.

 

With the current mental health crisis, we know that our capacity will be quickly reached, that is why we need to act fast and be ready to expand as required.

 

The support of volunteers, fundraisers and members of the public, will be vital to our success.

 

This first wave of funding will get the ball rolling, and over time it will need more and more investment.
