I built Star Radio because I got tired of radio that interrupts the music with commercials, constant talking, pop-ups, subscriptions, and the same tiny corporate rotation.

Star Radio is an independent internet radio station built for people who still love discovering music. I''ve spent years collecting, curating, and connecting underground, alternative, electronic, industrial, rave, Y2K, dark pop, cult favorites, forgotten tracks, and things that are simply too weird for normal radio.

The station runs continuously with changing programming, real DJ transitions, deep cuts, recognizable favorites, and tracks most listeners would probably never run across on their own. I can step onto the decks live at any time, but the station is designed to stay running around the clock without commercial breaks, endless talking, or the same handful of songs repeating all day.

Star Radio exists to feel like the kind of radio station people used to stumble onto late at night and immediately want to know, "What the hell is this song?"

The goal is to make that experience public, reliable, and easy to leave on all day. Something you can have running while you cook, work, study, clean, sleep, work out, throw a party, or dance around the house, and still keep hearing things you haven''t heard a hundred times before.

The first funds will cover the licensed streaming platform and station operating costs. Anything raised beyond that goes directly back into keeping Star Radio running and improving the station itself: audio hardware, storage, networking, computer upgrades, streaming reliability, promotion, and other station infrastructure.

The music library is already built. The decks are already running. The station format and sound already exist. This fundraiser is about taking what I''ve already created and making it available as a real public station without turning it into another ad-filled service.
