I’m Star, and I’m a transgender woman asking for help to safely leave an unsafe home environment. After receiving serious threats within my household, I need to get to a safe place as soon as possible. I’m currently packing and doing everything I can to move quickly and carefully. I’m only sharing what I feel safe sharing publicly, but this situation is urgent, and I need support to get through this transition and out of harm’s way.

Donations will help me cover the immediate basics I need while I work toward stable housing: safe temporary shelter such as a hotel or short-term room, groceries and basic meals, and storage costs for my belongings, including a unit, lock, and moving supplies.
