The reason I am trying to get a kidney transplant after 15 years of dialysis is because my doctor want me to be proactive about my condition.  I have used up all the access in my arms and in the near future I will not have a viable means to continue to take dialysis.

I really want to continue to enjoy the quality of life that I have and enjoy my family and friends...
