Hello, my name is Stanley and I am reaching out with a heavy heart because I am desperately trying to save my mother’s home. This house is something she fought hard for and wanted to leave for me to have and keep in our family. She rebuilt things on this house, made changes, and I still want to make changes on this house. For her and myself.

As some of you know, my mother passed away back in December 2024. Before she passed, my aunt, my dad, and I were taking care of her and trying to nurse her back to health at home.

Unfortunately, she was called home with the good Lord and laid to rest shortly after that. She was fighting for a long and hard 6 months. Since then, I have been trying to keep things afloat financially, but my job unfortunately went through a reduction in hours and personnel, so it has been hard to keep things afloat. I have tried talking to the bank, nonprofits, and other organizations, but no one has been able to help.

And I did not get to this point out of neglect or irresponsibility—life simply hit harder than I could manage at the time. Now the situation has reached a point where I can’t pull myself out of this alone.

For me to save this house, I must bring the payments up-to-date. That will give me a chance to start the process of saving the house. My mother has always been a funny, compassionate, and loving person and the thought of her losing the home she’s poured her life into breaks me. I am doing everything I can to make this right, but I truly need help. Any financial support, resources, or guidance could be the difference between saving her home or losing it forever.
