My name is Stacy. I’m the single mom to 3 beautiful children. My girls still live at home with me, and my son is already off making waves in this world. I think one of the greatest lessons I have learned in life so far, and something I have tried to teach my children, is that it takes a lot of strength to ask for help. So this is me asking... I really need some help right now :(
I use my vehicle for work, and to drive my daughters to work and school. While I was working about two weeks ago, I noticed the check engine light came on, accompanied by really slow and sluggish acceleration. It felt like it was really struggling to accelerate and didn’t like going over 50. When a warning message telling me my engine power has been reduced, I knew something was really wrong, so I took it in. Multiple tests and 3 days later, I received a phone call saying that the turbo in my engine has failed and it’s going to cost $2300 to fix. That was not the news I was expecting. Although I had no idea how I’m going to pay for it, I signed off on the repairs. I have $500 in savings I can put towards it, but that still leaves me $1800 short. I know this hasn’t been an easy time for anyone, but if there’s any way you can help, even $10, it is very much appreciated. The shop said my car may be ready today, fingers crossed. Thank you so much! And if you can’t help it’s ok! I understand❤️ Just do me this favor, when you can, help someone in need. Even if it’s as simple as holding the door for the person behind you or giving the 80 yr old woman the grocery cart you got for yourself. Pay it forward in some way big or small. Every little bit matters and like me, you never know when you may need it❤️! I hope you have an amazing day and a wonderful week!
