Hi everyone,

Our names are Stacy and Chevon, and we live in Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica. Less than two months ago, we moved into our new home — a place we were so excited to finally call our own. We poured all our savings into settling in and preparing for the arrival of our newborn baby, who we joyfully welcomed in October.

Then, Hurricane Melissa struck.

The storm tore the roof off our home, shattered a window, and caused severe flooding inside. Most of our furniture, clothes, and appliances were destroyed. Seeing the space we worked so hard to build for our family left in ruins has been heartbreaking.

We are grateful to God that we and our children are safe. But now, we’re faced with the difficult task of starting over — repairing our home and fortifying it to withstand future storms.

We’re raising funds to help:

- Repair and reinforce the roof

- Replace broken windows and doors

- Restore water-damaged walls, flooring, and electrical wiring

- Replace essential household items, furniture, and baby supplies

- Strengthen the structure to protect our family from future hurricanes
