On Monday 5/17/21 my children and I were awakened by a devastating event. Our home of over 16 years flooded due to the poor drainage system in my area. We are not in a flood zone and therefore I had no need to or any idea that I would ever need flood insurance. Most of our belongs are ruined, floors will all have to be pulled up and walls gutted and redone. I am asking for any help you can give no amount is too small. Our estimated lost and damages is well over 20k. Thanks for your time and understanding.
