Hi Everyone! If you don't know me, I'm Stephanie! I love Staci so very much; we were inseparable best friends in high school, and while we both have kids, pets, husbands, households, piles of laundry and very busy lives now, I will always be by her side. I'm starting this GoFundMe because of the number of people who have reached out to me asking how they can donate to help Staci and her family. Originally I put my Venmo info out there, but I have very quickly realized that I need something bigger to share with you all to make donations even easier.

If you don't know about Staci's recent diagnosis, please read about it, in her own words, here: "I am on a journey I never thought I would be on or ever wanted to be on. I’ve hesitated to share my recent news but in the 3 weeks (which have felt like months) since I found out I feel stronger the more I talk about my diagnosis and hear other people’s stories. It’s about spreading awareness and a wise mentor told me the more people praying for you the better ❤️ I found out on the morning of my 34th birthday (August 13) that I have breast cancer. I can remember saying in the past that if I ever got cancer I wouldn’t know what to do. The first week I was in shock. And I prayed a lot! I was sad, scared, angry, numb all at the same time. One day while I was praying I felt God speak to me and I just knew he was with me and was going to get me through this. This will be a chapter of my story not my entire story. I have God, the most supportive family, amazing mentors and an incredible community all helping me get through this. I am at the beginning of this journey and I know it won’t be easy but I have faith God will get me through this and I will come out even stronger on the other side. I am doing all the things I can right now to help Staci through this journey that we all wish she wasn't on and I invite you all to join me. Creating this GoFundMe is another way we can all come together, from even further away now, in support of Staci and her fight against Breast Cancer. Medical expenses aside, a Double Mastectomy, Chemotherapy, Radiation and Hormone Therapy will all come with their own out of pocket expenses. Every donation helps Staci cross something off an ever growing list of items she needs to fight back.
