Help My Husband Fight Stage 4 Cancer While I Am 8 Months Pregnant

Hello everyone, I am fundraising for my dear friend who is courageously fighting to save her husband from Stage 4 cancer while she is pregnant.

"My name is SriLakshmi, and I am reaching out during the most challenging time of our lives.

I am currently in my eighth month of pregnancy. My husband is a loving father to our young son, and we are preparing to welcome our second child very soon. In the middle of this pregnancy, our world was turned upside down when my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer.

On August 5th, he underwent major surgery where doctors had to remove nearly two-thirds of his colon. After surgery, he was advised to undergo 8 cycles of chemotherapy. With the help of friends and relatives, we were able to complete the first 4 cycles, but we are now struggling to arrange the funds needed to continue his remaining treatment.

The estimated cost for the next chemotherapy cycles, medications, and my upcoming delivery and medical care is $6,000.

We have exhausted our savings, used insurance, and borrowed from family to cover the surgery and initial treatments. At this point, I have no other source of support and am humbly turning to kind-hearted people who may be able to help us continue his treatment without interruption.
