Our dear friend Srikanth Nayak, 32 years old (also referred as Sriram Nayak) was admitted to Government General Hospital, Ananthapuram on August 19th, 2025, after a bike accident. He was brought in around 4:30 PM with symptoms of confusion, seizures, frothing from the mouth, and inability to move his left arm and leg.
The CT scans revealed a serious brain contusion and hemorrhage, with a large blood clot on the left side of the brain. This has left him with numbness in his left leg and hand, as well as partial loss of vision in his left eye. Unfortunately, he had no other major injuries, only this devastating head injury, making his fate especially unlucky.
He was initially admitted to the Government Hospital, but due to his critical condition and need for advanced care, the family had to shift him to a private hospital, where he is currently in the Surgical ICU under close monitoring and treatment. The medical expenses here are mounting rapidly and far beyond the family’s means.
Srikanth’s life has already been filled with unimaginable tragedy. Last year, his father suffered repeated strokes, and soon after, his mother passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest. Within days, his father too passed away, leaving the family shattered. Despite this, Srikanth gathered courage, married 10 months later, and was preparing to rebuild his life. His wife is now expecting their first child.
Now, another cruel twist of fate has left Srikanth, the sole breadwinner of his family, fighting for his life. His young wife, unborn child, and sister are under immense emotional and financial stress, with hospital bills increasing every day.
We appeal to you from the bottom of our hearts: please contribute whatever you can. Your support will help cover Srikanth’s urgent treatment and also give his family hope and strength to face the future.
Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference.
