Hello, I am Shanmukha (Sam) Sanam, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea for help for my beloved brother, Sriharshavardhan Sanam (38). For the past 13 years, Sriharsha has been fighting a quiet, courageous battle against a rare genetic condition known as Wilson’s disease. Despite the challenges this diagnosis brought into his life, he remained resilient and hopeful.

However, a sudden and tragic accident in October 2025 changed everything. After falling from his motorcycle, Sriharsha was prescribed painkillers to manage his injuries. In a devastating turn of events, the medication caused a severe reaction, leading to liver cirrhosis. Our family has already exhausted our savings on his diagnosis, ICU care, and initial treatments, but the road to recovery is still long and expensive.

Sriharsha is now in a critical state and urgently needs a liver transplant to survive. The funds raised will help cover the cost of the transplant surgery, post-operative intensive care, and life-saving anti-rejection medications.
