Sri Lanka is facing a tragedy beyond anything we have seen in years.

Torrential floods and devastating landslides have torn through villages, towns, and cities, leaving families broken, communities destroyed, and the entire nation in shock.

Sri Lanka’s essential infrastructure has been crippled.

Major roads are blocked or washed away, cutting off entire communities.

Landslides and flooding have washed away major roads and railway tracks, isolating whole communities. Hospitals are overwhelmed, and bridges, schools, and public buildings lie damaged or unsafe, leaving rescue teams struggling to reach those who need help most.

This disaster has not only taken homes it has taken the lifelines that keep a nation standing.

The Sri Lankan Society of Bedfordshire is urgently raising funds to help families who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and safety.

Your generosity today can bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those facing unimaginable hardship.

Every donation, big or small, will go directly to Sri Lanka through the Sri Lankan High Commission in the UK, ensuring transparency and meaningful impact.

Please donate. Please share. Help Sri Lanka recover.
