On September 4th, our world turned upside down when our beloved 12-year-old niece was admitted to Amrita Hospital, Ernakulam, due to severe abdominal pain. The devastating news that followed shook our lives to the core—she was diagnosed with blood cancer.

The medical team at Amrita Hospital immediately recommended chemotherapy to combat the existing cancer cells, and we embarked on this challenging journey with hope and determination. We have already exhausted all our financial resources to cover the initial hospital bill, which exceeded 12 lakh rupees.

Now, as we stand at a crucial juncture in her treatment, we are faced with the daunting prospect of a bone marrow transplant, the next vital step in her battle against cancer. This treatment alone is estimated to cost around 50 lakh rupees. It entails a month and a half of hospitalization, followed by six months of close observation near the hospital. Her entire treatment journey is expected to span one and a half years.

Regrettably, our current financial circumstances do not align with the urgent need for our daughter's life-saving treatment.
