Sr. Ruben came to USA trough a Spanish government  program to assist in a school as a language aid, he is been working at DWES since October. Ruben do not receive any money from the school or the district, he received a little bit from the Spanish government, so less that he's been living with a school family all this time because he cannot afford living by himself with that money. 
This unprecedented situation with the COVID-19 made the Spanish government close Sr. Ruben program and told him to go back to Spain IMMEDIATELY, but they do not pay any money to him to go back. He is having a hard time trying to find a plane ticket that cost less than $1300, money he doesn't have or even receive for a month of work. Even if he could buy a plane ticket, then he will have to rent a car to drive to his house that is 5 hours away from Madrid, because it is basically the only way, having all the road restrictions in place, to get home.
Please, even just a little bit will be more than welcome. He needs to go home before no planes flight anymore to Europe.
