Help Spring Drive & Stone Manor Secure A Fair Lease

Martinsburg, PA residents of Spring Drive MHP have retained legal counsel for our benefit and that of Stone Manor MHP to review & advise us regarding a new 12 month lease issued by the parks' owners.

This project is to help with the legal costs necessary to achieve a fair lease.

Some clauses in it jeopardize our future interests as homeowners, would cause us to forfeit certain PA state guaranteed rights as tenants, contain additional new fees and numerous other issues.

Many of our neighbors are elderly, disabled, widowed, veterans and single mothers – some with ill children and others with special needs children. Many are on fixed incomes. They feel helpless & without a voice.

Hopefully, a tenable agreement can be reached by the park owners and us – with the result of a fair lease that will benefit all concerned.
