Help Spread Christ's Love: DS-WA MGOCSM Missions

Peace of Christ! Every year, MGOCSM members from across the country come together to serve a local community, grow in their faith, and share God's love through meaningful service. Throughout the week, participants engage in daily prayers, learn through classes focused on faith and evangelism, and take part in service projects and community initiatives. It’s a powerful experience—not just for personal spiritual growth, but also as a witness to others who may have never heard of the Orthodox Church or experienced the love of God.

The goal of DS-WA MGOCSM (Diocese of South-West America Mar Gregorios Orthodox Church Student Movement) Missions is to have students spread the work and light of Christ to a community in need, in a sustainable way: one where the community has access to resources/Orthodoxy even after we leave. This year, students will be going to Dallas, TX and be partnering with St. James Orthodox Mission Church, a parish deeply focused on community outreach and showing Christ's love to the surrounding neighborhood.

If you would like to support financially, your donation will help allow students to participate in this years trip, cover supplies needed throughout the week, and provide development for our parishes and youth to help serve those in need.
