My dogs hospital bill

My dog Spooky was recently rescued in May. She is the sweetest, cutest, laziest princess but she is coming with a very LARGE price. In the past month, Spooky has been hospitalized three times. Her kindney and liver toxicity levels are mildly high, she has developed baby heartworms, and now is having multiple grand mal seizures a day. 

I, (her new mother) am a elementary teacher, as we all know how poorly teachers are paid, espically compared with the high price of living in hawaii, I have no more money left to help my dog. I am trying everything I can. I was denied the vetinary credit card which helps with breaking up payments. I have already spent over $4000 the month of July for her medical expenses.

Now with her having seizures, they want to do a brain scan, either MRI or CT SCAN, to see if the seizures are being caused by a brain tumor,  which the vet estimated to be between $6,000-8,000.  This is my last resort to help my baby be able to get the help she needs. Anything helps, thank you!!
