33 years ago, on July 7, 1990 I had my first Chemotherapy treatment. Eventually, long-term Chermotherapy side effects left me with a diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis in both my femurs-an uncommon side of ABV MOPP chemotherapy regime. I am looking for people to sponsor my wheelchair racing endeavors through monetary donations.

I have discovered that being active and giving back to my community is important to not only my physical health but my mental health as well. I like helping others.

I volunteer in the Sons of the American Legion, a program of the American Legion. I have participated in many races in the last 6 years, totaling over 1200 combined miles, while documenting my exercise routes and races.

I would like to increase my physical activities, but with my current limited resources, it's just not something I can do alone anymore; therefore, with humble apprehension, I am asking for my communities help.
