Grammy Award-winning jazz trumpet player Derek Shezbie of the Rebirth Brass Band needs 2 dental implants to help him play his horn again. He's a musician and relies on gig money to get by. Since he has encountered dental difficulties by losing a few teeth he can't play his horn.

We are trying to raise the money to get dental implants so he can get back on stage and do what he was born to do.
