Help Spira go to college!

Hi my name is Spira and I'm about to start a BA in environmental studies, emphasis in natural history and ecology (potentially an accelerated masters as well) program in the Fall. After going to community college while working for many years, I'm super stoked to take this next big step. The start date is around the corner, and my FAFSA wont go through in time for grants/loans. So I'm reaching out to my friends and family for support in helping me with funds to put a down payment. I've also had car and teeth issues (as in they are both falling apart) come up during my application process, so I also need help (donations and otherwise) with that. (Any affordable dental plans in the Bay Area that cover crowns?) Its all overwhelming, however, I'm determined and nothing will stop me! I am the first person in my direct family to attend college, (I didn't even graduate high school) and do not have any college funds, trust funds, etc, so any little bit counts! Once I've started classes, I'll have more time to apply for grants and scholarships and my FAFSA should come through within a couple months, so I'm just looking for a little help during my academic initiation. Also turning 39 soonish, so think of it like an early bday present?!
