Help Spencer with dental extractions and dentures

So covid is a b****. Lost my health are and Dental when I got laid off back in March 2020. I get unemployment but it's not enough to cover much extra over taking care of my family of five and unfortunately I don't qualify for any assistance. I've always put my kids health and teeth before my own an now I'm paying the price. Most of my upper teeth are cracked/chipped or were pulled. Spoke with my dentist today and luckily I have the money saved to get the exam and x ray. That being said he told me I would have to go-to an oral surgeon to be sedated and have a full extraction done and a middle of the road top denture piece would be atleast $2,700 after the cost of surgery. This is embarrassing for me to ask but when it's come to the point I can hardly eat because of the pain or I don't have enough good teeth to chew my food properly it's become an emergency. To the point of swallowing my pride  it's embarrassing when the kids ask what's wrong with my teeth or they get embarrassed around there friends. It's to the point I eat alone because trying to eat is an absolute struggle. Please anything helps.
