Help Spencer Lewis Walk Again: Stem Cell Therapy
Donation protected
My name is Spencer Lewis. In May of 2024, my life changed forever when I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left me with a spinal cord injury from T4 to T7. I’m now in a wheelchair. I have some sensation and movement, and I’ve made progress in therapy, but the path to walking again with full control is uncertain — and incredibly difficult.
After researching every possible route, I was accepted for treatment at the Stem Cell Institute in Panama, a world-renowned facility that’s helped others with spinal cord injuries regain function through advanced regenerative therapy. This treatment is not available in the U.S. at the same level, and it’s not covered by insurance.
The treatment plan includes:
120 million expanded allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells via IV
80 million stem cells via intrathecal injection directly to the spine
4 physical therapy sessions
2-week stay in Panama City
This treatment gives me a real chance at better mobility, and — with enough progress — the potential to stand or walk again.
I’ve always been independent, driven, and solution-focused — whether running Advanced Glass, supporting my family, or taking care of others. Asking for help is hard. But I’m humbling myself because this opportunity could change my life.
If you can help — whether it’s through a donation or by sharing this with someone who might — I’d be deeply grateful. Every single dollar brings me closer to this treatment and another step toward recovery.
Thank you for your support.
