Help Spencer get back on his feet! (Literally)

My long time friend Spencer Langley, a musician and all around great guy. Got in a car accident trying to avoid vehicles stopped on an exit ramp. He crashed head on in the median and broke his spine in three separate places, as well as totaling his car. He needs a car to get to and from work when he is able. But for now he has a long recovery and needs help with medical bills as well. Any help is much needed and appreciated. Please repost if you can!!!
