Help Spay & Neuter Feral Cats in Orange County

Donation protected
My name is Jim, also known as "The Cat Wrangler." I am retired military (Marines and Army) and a former police officer. Now that I have some time on my hands, my mission is to trap and spay/neuter as many feral cats in Orange County as possible. Did you know that in just 8 months time, two cats can create 12 offspring? (See chart below)

I'm a big believer in population control with cats. All of the cats I've trapped were feral. Feral cats live in "colonies" and they do a pretty good job taking care of themselves. They live mostly in industrial areas or in someone’s storage area where they feel safe from other predators. All they need is food/water, shelter, warmth and each other.

*My only interest is to get these feral cats fixed so they don't have more kittens. (Feel free to help me find them a home, though.)

On average, it costs about $135 to $175 to get a cat spayed/neutered with the veterinarian we use. We get them fixed, do a quick physical, give them the FVRCP and rabies vaccines and also treat for fleas. After a day of recovering, the cat is picked up at the vet and I return it back to its "original colony." It's that simple.

My goal is to raise enough money to get 15 cats fixed. That's about $2,000. It's pretty straight-forward.
