- My work has a colony of cats that just keeps growing! Two of the female cats had litters recently and I want to get these ladies some help! They keep having back to back litters and I worry about their health and safety. We have stray dogs in the area and a few babies have gone missing already.
- I am asking for funds to help purchase a few cat traps and to cover the fees to spay and neuter all captured cats with the Inland Valley Humane Society or City of Ontario TNR. IVHS charges $70 per cat and we have 7+ cats currently residing in the area.
- Any remaining funds will go towards purchasing cat food for the community cats as well as helping any new cats that pop up. People have dumped their cats here before previously and I was able to find those cats homes since they were not feral.
- All cats will be TNRed and re-released back at my work. I will find a rescue to help adopt any kittens out since they are still very young. The adult cats might be too feral for adoption and the two female adult cats are bonded and cannot be separated.
