Help Sparrow Lee Stachnik's Family with Expenses

This is Sparrow Lee Stachnik. She is 11 months old. On Tuesday, December 17th, she will undergo a CatScan at Grand Rapids Children's Hospital to investigate a tumor growing in her neck, with surgery planned for Friday, December 20th.

Sparrow is the daughter of Dakota and Amber Stachnik, and the great-granddaughter of Andy Stachnik (Andy's Seney Bar).
