Friends, family, and other kindhearted people - if you've known me for any length of time I'm sure you're familiar with my BFF Tara. Having been friends for 40+ years means her family is my family. As you may know Adam is in recovery and has been sober since December 8, 2018. He's 450 days clean today! Adam has been open and honest about his recovery and it's been an inspiration to many. I've seen so many posts and comments praising Adam and showing support for what an amazing job he has been doing. I thought maybe it was time to put our supportive words into action.

Many addicts suffer from damage to teeth and gums and Adam is no exception.  I asked Adam's permission before starting this fundraiser and he very reluctantly agreed as he is a proud dude, but he also told me that he's almost willing to 'cut off an arm for a new grill'. Adam is working, living in a sober house, and getting back on track to live his best life for himself and his daughter.
